Where will we go?

I am born, raised and currently still living in Williamsburg. Child of immigrant parents, just like plenty of our neighbors. Our landlady have always charged us cheap rent but they never fixed anything. I'm sure the apartment building is riddled with tons of violations, but they are now over 90 year olds and in a nursing home. Her son has said they're going to sell the building when she passes away. We don't know where we'll go once that happens. I'll have to leave my home of 27 years. I'm heartbroken.
