Grassroots Community Effort Wins New Stove for Disabled Tenant!

Thank you to everyone who called notorious landlord, Isaac Pollack, we gave him a deadline of 7/20 to provide a new stove to a Black, Disabled Carribean tenant who did not have a working stove or oven since March 2017, while he did replace the stove Isaac Pollack did tell the tenant would raise her rent by 14 dollars per month.

Equality for Flatbush has made it abundantly clear that any raise to her rent is illegal

And the stove is covered in her rent and is not a luxury item but part of the service provided to her as outlined in her lease. Equality for Flatbush is asking community members to stay vigilant for action alerts regarding 332 Rutland Road and all properties owned by Isaac Pollack who is notorious for racially motivated tenant harassment.
