==========================================
Please join us for an educational forum and community discussion on zoning in Brooklyn and how it impacts East Flatbush. Community organizers and experts will be on hand to answer your questions.
Invited Speakers discussing the rezoning process include Community Representatives from: Bushwick, East Harlem, Flatbush and Crown Heights.
It has come to our attention that Community Board 17 is contemplating a major rezoning of the community. Knowledge is power and having residents understand zoning, its strengths and weakness is important --especially since a rezoning will have a tremendous effect upon tenants not just property owners.
