Herbert Donner ADI Management -- Fair Housing Act Violations ?

I'm a tenant at a Queens apartment building owned or managed by Herbert Donner. In the past, I have fallen behind in my rent, and, as a result, I was sued by my Landlord to collect that back rent. I paid all my back rent in July 2016, which settled that lawsuit.

When I mailed my regular rent check for July, my Landlord did not cash my rent check. Before my rent was due for August, my Landlord sued me for back rent for July and August, even though, at that time then, I owed no back rent. 

I'm in Queens Housing Court now, fighting with my Landlord. I have accused my Landlord of filing a false Petition in Queens Housing Court, and I have accused my Landlord of filing a false affidavit in support of the Petition, because I was never served with any Rent Demand, as was claimed in the Petition.

Since I have been fighting my Landlord, I have learned that he has falsely sued other Tenants for back rent, even though they had paid the rent. Because my Landlord has a record of breaking the law, I asked the judge in my Queens Housing Court case to refer my Landlord to the Brooklyn U.S. Attorney.
